This course is designed to promote physical fitness by introducing students to basic fitness and exercise principles. Students will engage in a variety of group and individual training regiments that are both fun and challenging. Students will also assess their health-related fitness and set reasonable and appropriate goals for development, maintenance and improvement of their fitness level.
