CCMS Counseling Staff Receives RAMP Designation

Congratulations to the school counseling department at Campbell County Middle School has received national recognition in being named a Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP).

The RAMP designation, awarded to schools that align with the criteria set in the American School Counseling Association (ASCA) National Model, recognizes schools that are committed to delivering a comprehensive, data-driven school counseling program and an exemplary educational environment.

Only 550 schools across the United States have been designated as RAMP since the program’s inception.  RAMP applications are reviewed once a year by a panel of school counseling professionals, who assess a school counseling program in 12 different areas of program expertise. Campbell County Middle School’s counseling program applied and was named an ASCA Model Program.  This is a very prestigious honor.

Congratulations to Campbell County Middle School and the Campbell County Middle School Counselors, including Erica Thomas, Kelly Crowley, Britane Swank, Staci Kolkmeier and Elizabeth Farris.  They have demonstrated their commitment to students and to the school counseling profession.
