Father's Day Promotion for Schools, Board Members and Stakeholders of NKY Education Council Father's Day Events

On June 16th and 17th Boone County Parks and All Pro Dad’s are hosting a campout at Giles Conrad Park. $5 per family. Food from Chick fil-A. A great evening!   On June 18th, All Pro Dad’s has partnered with Florence Freedom for a special Father’s Day game. We have pre-game on field activities planned and it will be a great way for families to spend quality time together while supporting family engagement in Northern Kentucky schools.

All Pro Dad’s would like to invite families and friends engaged with Northern Kentucky Education Council to join us at Florence Freedom on Father’s Day – June 18th. All Pro Dad’s is on a mission to engage father’s, father-figures and mentors to engage in the lives of the children around them. We are currently active in 17 schools across Northern Kentucky, 60 schools in Kentucky and 1480 schools across North America.

The June meeting of the Campbell Ridge SBDM Council has been moved to June 13th at 5:30 in the conference room at school.

PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION preschool

Your child might qualify for preschool if 1.) The child is 3 or 4 years old and displays difficulties in speech or language and/or displays problems attaining developmental skills needed to be successful in school OR 2.) Is 4 years old by August 1, 2017 and your family qualifies financially.

Congratulations to Dawn Klus, Kindergarten teacher at Campbell Ridge Elementary and Shannon Mann, 1st grade teacher at Crossroads Elementary for being named Golden Apple Award Winners at the recent Northern Kentucky Excellence in Education Celebration.  We are extremely proud of these ladies!

Campbell Ridge, Crossroads Elementary and Grant's Lick Elementary Receives Coveted RAMP Certification

Congratulations to the Campbell Ridge Elementary, Crossroads Elementary and Grant’s Lick Elementary counselors on their school counseling programs  being named 2017 Recognized ASCA Model Programs!  Campbell Ridge, Crossroads and Grant’s Lick will receive the Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP) designation during a special ceremony at the American School Counselor Association’s annual conference in Denver, CO. The schools will be honored at the summer conference for making an exemplary commitment to comprehensive school counseling programs.

This esteemed designation, awarded to schools that align with the criteria set in the ASCA National Model, recognizes schools that are committed to delivering a comprehensive, data-driven school counseling program and an exemplary educational environment. RAMP applications are reviewed once a year by a panel of school counseling professionals who assess a school counseling program in 12 different areas of program expertise. Click below to read more:
