Collision Repair & Refinishing

Instructor: John Norton, ASE Certified Master Technician

Collision Repair and Refinishing can provide a pathway to many highly rewarding careers. Dealerships and shop owners are constantly in search of highly skilled technicians to perform quality repairs on today's technology filled vehicles. Insurance companies continuously search for claims adjusters and estimators. Paint manufacturers and local suppliers provide the industry with a network of jobs, from the technician who mixes paint locally to the paint representative who covers large areas of the country. Custom and Restoration shops make up a smaller yet highly specialized segment of the industry.

A career in any of these areas and many others can start at Campbell County ATC. Our Collision Repair & Refinishing program offers hands on training and experience in many aspects of the industry. Students who complete the two year program will have the opportunity to graduate with an ASE (Automotive Service Excellent) certification. An ASE certification is highly recognized in the industry as a sign of achievement and will open doors at the entry level.

The program also provides students with post-secondary opportunities. We have articulation agreements with Ohio Technical College and Gateway Community College that could save both time and money on continued education.

The instructor and program are ASE and I-CAR certified.
